What is sand casting?	Sand casting is a casting process that uses clay-bonded sand as the molding material to produce castings. It mainly includes three types: wet clay sand mold, dry sand mold, and surface-dried sand mold. It has the characteristics of low raw material cost and recyclability of old sand, and is widely used in the automotive, mechanical, aerospace and other fields.
Commonly used materials in sand casting	Steel: Sand casting is one of the main methods for producing steel castings, suitable for various carbon steel and alloy steel castings.  Iron: Iron alloy castings, including cast iron (such as gray cast iron, ductile cast iron), are mostly produced using the sand casting process, and are widely used in the automotive and mechanical industries.  Non-ferrous metal alloys: Most non-ferrous metal alloy castings can be obtained through sand casting. Common examples include: Aluminum alloy, Copper alloy, Magnesium alloy, Zinc alloy.

Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is depending on the weight and customized design structure, basically is 200kgs per order.
 
Q2: Do you offer free sample?
A: We can provide but you need to pay for the freight. 
 
Q3: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A: We are both trader and manufacturer owning  a factory over 5000 sqm mainly producting aluminum/zinc die casting products and offer CNC machining srvices. Also we work with many long term stable outsourcing factories to supply all other processes produces for our customers. 
 
Q4: Can you make packing and logo as customer request?
A4: Yes, we can but you should pay for the extra cost caused.
 
Q5: If samples fail customer inspection, what should you do?
A:  We will detect the issue and correct it in the new samples making, and air ship samples ASAP on our own cost.
