6. PPAP documents are available
7. Could provide at least one year quality guarantee after customer receives the products
8. We could supply storage service for customer if required.
9. Leadtime: 20days for samples, 30days for production.

Q1: What's your MOQ?                     
A1:Our MOQ is depending on the weight and size of parts.         

Q2: Do you offer free sample?
A2:we can provide you a sample but you need to pay for the freight.

A3:We are both trader and manufacturer owning  a factory over 5000 sqm mainly producting aluminum/zinc die casting products and offer CNC machining srvices. Also we work with many long term stable outsourcing factories to supply all other processes produces for our customers. 

Q4: Can you make packing and logo as customer request?
A4: Yes, we can but you should pay for the extra cost caused.

Q5: Can you offer the technical support during new design developing?
A5: Yes, we have professional engineers working with our customers.
