The materials cover grades such as 304, 316L, 310S, etc. The standards implemented include GB/T14976, GB13296, etc. This product is widely used in industrial transportation pipelines for industries such as petrochemicals and mechanical instruments, as well as building water supply systems.
Main Machining Processes	Turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, boring. Lathes use the rotation of workpieces to process rotary surfaces, milling machines use rotating tools to process planes and complex curved surfaces, planers use linear cutting to complete the processing of planes and grooves, grinders use grinding tools to achieve high-precision surface treatment, drilling machines specialize in hole processing, and boring machines are used for the precise processing of existing holes
Machining Accuracy could be achieved	+/-0.01mm for dimensions,  0.3-0.8 microns for surface roughness
Common Surface Treatments for Machined Products	sand blasting, polishing, shot blasting, black oxide, phosphating, anodizing, electroplating, electrophoresis, painting, powder coating, heatreatment(quenching, annealing, normalizing) and so on.

Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is depending on the weight and the customized part structure, basically is 200kgs per order.
 
Q2: Do you offer free sample?
A: We can provide but you need to pay for the freight. 
 
Q3: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A: We are both trader and manufacturer owning  a factory over 5000 sqm mainly producting aluminum/zinc die casting products and offer CNC machining srvices. Also we work with many long term stable outsourcing factories to supply all other processes produces for our customers. 
 
Q4: Can you make packing and logo as customer request?
A4: Yes, we can but you should pay for the extra cost caused.
 
Q5: What documents will you provide when the FAI submission?
