What is Deep Drawing Process?	The deep drawing process is a specific form of the stamping process. It is mainly used to transform flat materials into hollow parts (such as cups and jars), while the stamping process is a broader manufacturing method that includes various procedures such as drawing, bending, and punching. Drawing is a process where a flat material is pulled into an indentation mold to form an open hollow part . The key is to allow the material to "flow and deform" rather than being cut.Drawing mainly produces high-precision components: thin-walled parts that require uniform deformation.

Accuracy of Steel Stamping Parts	The precision of stamping products is usually expressed in terms of dimensional tolerance grade (such as IT grade) or specific tolerance value (such as ±0.01mm). High-precision applications require comprehensive control: In fields such as precision electronic components and aerospace, the precision requirement can be within ±0.01mm. For instance, the flatness error of the reference surface of a precision stamping die needs to be controlled within 0.003mm/m, and the repeat positioning accuracy of a stamping robot can be stably maintained within ±0.02mm.
General material thickness that can be processed for stamping products	Under normal circumstances, the thickness range of materials for stamping processing is between ‌0.1 mm and 10 mm ‌, among which ‌0.4 mm to 2 mm ‌ is a common application range, suitable for most metal sheets such as cold-rolled sheets, galvanized sheets and stainless steel. Thin plate stamping (with a thickness of ‌0.5 mm to 3.0 mm ‌) is often used in lightweight manufacturing of automotive parts, etc., while thicknesses of ‌10 mm or more ‌ usually require custom molds and dedicated equipment.

Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is depending on the weight and customized design structure, basically is 200kgs per order.

Q2: Do you offer free sample?

A: We can provide but you need to pay for the freight. 

Q3: Are you manufacturer or trader?

A: We are both trader and manufacturer owning  a factory over 5000 sqm mainly producting aluminum/zinc die casting products and offer CNC machining srvices. Also we work with many long term stable outsourcing factories to supply all other processes produces for our customers. 

Q4: Can you make packing and logo as customer request?

A4: Yes, we can but you should pay for the extra cost caused.

Q5: Will the stamping tooling cost be very expensive?

A:  No. It is based on the part structure and design, generally, the cost is very cheap.
